Treatment Types

Subterranean Termites

Drill thru slab to treat the soil
Trench around the foundation

Subterranean termites are highly organized and primarily dwell in underground colonies, relying on soil contact for moisture. These termites construct mud tubes to connect their nests to wooden structures, causing significant damage as they feed on cellulose-rich materials.

Dry Wood
Termites

Foam applications
Whole house fumigation

Drywood termites, unlike their subterranean counterparts, do not require contact with soil and infest dry wood directly. These termites tunnel into and feed on dry wood, often causing extensive damage to wooden structures and furniture without the need for ground contact.

Dry Rot/
Fungi

Remove and replace rot wood
Bora care treatment

Dry rot fungi, specifically of the genus Serpula and Merulius, are destructive organisms that thrive in damp and poorly ventilated conditions. They feed on cellulose in wood, causing decay characterized by a brownish and brittle appearance, posing a serious threat to the structural integrity of wooden structures.

    Our Services

    Free Inspection

We will perform an inspection to check your property for soft wood, termite damage, droppings, mud tubes, and termites themselves. Determining whether you have an active termite infestation, the type of termites, and locating the damage is crucial to creating a plan of action to eliminate termites.

    Termite Treatments

The treatment will be determined depending on the size and location of the infestation.  The type of termite is also a factor for the course of action.  Sometimes, we are able to perform small spot treatments instead of the tenting the entire home.  We will also treat the soil to avoid future infestation.

    Lasting Protection

We offer optional services which include yearly termite control services which guarantee your property against new termites and includes treating and re-fumigation, if necessary.  An annual inspection is performed to track possible termite activity and treatments are performed to keep termites under control at your property.
